Shipping Information
Our website provides accurate shipping costs for the continental United States. Havin' a Cold One also ships directly to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada for an additional charge (Contact us for accurate quotes). All international shipping will be handled separately (Contact us for accurate quotes).

Warranty Shipping Information
Shipping costs during a warranty claim will be covered by Havin' a Cold One.  If your warranty claim is approved, Havin' a Cold One will repair or replace the chiller at our discretion. We will then properly package and return ship the chiller back to you at no additional cost within the continental 48 states. Surcharges may apply if shipping outside of the continental 48 states.
